Browsing the Libero Store
Once inside the store you can view information about specific items, including descriptions and prices. Should you then wish to go on and purchase an item, simply select the 'Add to Order' button, next to that item. A shopping basket will be created for you at that point. The contents of your shopping basket can be viewed at any time by selecting any of the 'View Order' links available throughout the site.

Once your basket has items, you may at any point, continue to the checkout to pay for those items by selecting the 'Checkout' option from within your basket. You may of course simply abandon your basket, leaving it either empty or full.

Checking out
If you choose to continue and pay for your goods by selecting the 'Checkout' option from within your basket, we will need to know a little more about you. First we will ask you for a password, and an email address. Next you will be asked for address information before being presented with your final basket. At this point you can still choose to abandon your basket without any obligation to purchase.

If you decide to continue through to the final checkout process you will asked to choose a payment method. Your order can still be abandoned, right up until you choose the 'Complete Order' button on the payment page. If you choose to complete the order and provide suitable payment, your order is a confirmed and binding purchase. A confirmation email will be sent to you confirming the details of your transaction.

Should you have any queries whilst browsing, or after your purchase, please contact our team on  tickets@liberotickets.com. If you have an order number please quote it. Please note that order numbers are only received by clients who book online and not by telephone.

Tickets are dispatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery within the UK. On occasion we do reserve the right to arrange for customers to collect from our representatives at the venue, or deliveries to be made by hand. ID may be required.

No duplicates can be issued for lost or stolen tickets.

Please check the details of your order on receipt to avoid any error.

Libero Tickets is not affiliated with any governing bodies, promoters, or clubs regarding the tickets advertised this site. Tickets are sold at a premium above the face value. Where possible the actual face value is stated. Please ensure that you have considered this before booking.
